Bring a complete rentable storage system to your FiveM server with HEX Rental Storage.
This system allows players to rent their own physical storage units with different sizes, capacities, slots, and weekly prices. Each player receives a real storage location they can travel to and access through ox_inventory.
Instead of giving players unlimited permanent storage, HEX Rental Storage creates an immersive weekly rental economy where players must continue paying for their unit to keep their stored items.
If a player fails to pay their weekly rental fee, the system can automatically terminate the rental, clear the storage, and make the unit available for another player.

🏢 Physical Storage Units
Every rental is connected to an actual physical storage location in the world.
After successfully renting a unit, the player automatically receives a GPS route directly to their storage.
Players must physically travel to their unit before they can access their inventory.

Players pay the initial rental fee when taking a storage unit, then the server automatically handles future rental payments.

⚠ Automatic Rental Expiration

❌ Clear persisted stash contents
❌ Make the storage available again
This creates consequences for maintaining rented storage and prevents inactive rentals from permanently occupying units.
Item deletion on failed payments can also be controlled through the configuration.
🎒 Full ox_inventory Integration
HEX Rental Storage integrates directly with ox_inventory to provide proper persistent storage inventories.
Each rented unit becomes its own storage stash with capacity based on the selected rental tier.
Players can:

Storage access is validated by the server to help prevent remote access exploits.

Storage access isn't trusted entirely through the client.
When a player attempts to open their unit, the server verifies that they are actually close enough to the configured storage location.

at any time to set their GPS back to their rented unit.

Once confirmed, the rental is removed and the unit can become available for another player.
